All Sales Are Final

Due to the digital nature of the PDF edition, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, credits, or cancellations once a purchase has been completed and access has been provided.

By purchasing, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You are purchasing a digital product delivered electronically
• Access to the product is provided immediately after purchase
• Digital products cannot be returned once delivered
• No refunds will be issued after delivery
• You have reviewed the product description and understand what you are purchasing

Paperback Orders on Amazon

The paperback edition is sold and shipped by Amazon. Returns, refunds, and shipping questions for paperback orders are handled by Amazon under Amazon's return policy.

Why We Have This Policy

Once a digital file has been delivered, downloaded, or viewed, it cannot be returned the way a physical product can. A no-refund policy protects our work and keeps prices low.

Delivery Issues

If something on our end prevents you from accessing your purchase, such as a broken download link, a missing file, or a delivery failure, please contact us right away and we will make reasonable efforts to fix it.

Chargebacks

If you have a concern about your purchase, please contact us before filing a chargeback or payment dispute. If a chargeback is filed after successful delivery, we reserve the right to provide the payment processor with evidence of purchase completion, product delivery, download access, and acceptance of our Terms of Service and Refund Policy.
